Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aurum Peptides website (aurumpeptide.com), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Research Use Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use this site.
Aurum Peptides reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
Nature of Products — Research Use Only
All products sold by Aurum Peptides are research chemicals intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, dietary supplement use, or any other use outside of a laboratory setting.
Products are sold to individuals and entities that represent they are qualified research professionals or that the products will be used exclusively for lawful laboratory research. You represent that you are 21 years of age or older and that you will use the products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Aurum Peptides makes no representations that the products are suitable for any particular research application. The purchaser bears all responsibility for determining appropriate use in accordance with applicable laws and scientific standards.
No Medical Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for professional medical consultation. Information presented on this site — including product descriptions, research guides, and supporting materials — is for educational and informational purposes only.
Aurum Peptides does not recommend, endorse, or encourage the use of any products for human self-administration. Any use of our products outside of a licensed research laboratory is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment & Refund Policy
Aurum Peptides accepts payment via Cash App and Bitcoin (processed through BTCPay). Payment is due in full at the time of order. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.
Refunds: Due to the nature of research compounds and applicable regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products once an order has been processed and shipped. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at infoaurumpeptides@proton.me within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Aurum Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify purchaser eligibility, or product availability. In the event of cancellation prior to shipping, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days via standard carriers. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
All orders are shipped discreetly in unmarked packaging with no indication of contents on the exterior label. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Free standard shipping is included on orders over $300. Orders under $300 may include a shipping and handling fee. Aurum Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs processing.
Orders shipped to addresses where the product is prohibited under local law are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please verify that your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurum Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from misuse of research compounds, failure to comply with applicable laws, personal injury or death resulting from improper use, or any claim related to reliance on information provided on this site.
In no event shall Aurum Peptides's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Account Termination
Aurum Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service or the Research Use Policy
- Suspected resale of products for human consumption
- Providing false information during registration or checkout
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
- Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business, other customers, or the public
Upon termination, your right to use the site and purchase products is immediately revoked. Aurum Peptides is not liable for any loss resulting from account termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Research Use Policy
Strictly In-Vitro & Laboratory Research Only
All products sold by Aurum Peptides are sold exclusively for in-vitro (outside of a living organism) laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Products are not for use in any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical procedure. They are not for use in humans or animals.
Not Intended for Human or Veterinary Use
These products are not drugs, supplements, or medications. They are not approved, cleared, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition in humans or animals.
Any use of these products outside of a lawful, controlled research environment is strictly prohibited. Aurum Peptides expressly disclaims all liability for any use of products inconsistent with this policy.
Purchaser Compliance Responsibility
The purchaser assumes full and sole responsibility for ensuring that the acquisition, possession, transfer, and use of any product purchased from Aurum Peptides complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to controlled substance laws, research chemical regulations, and customs and import regulations.
Aurum Peptides makes no representation that the products are legal to possess or use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine applicability of laws before ordering.
Not FDA Approved
No product offered by Aurum Peptides has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to be used as drugs, foods, medical devices, or cosmetics as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. All product descriptions are for research and reference purposes only.
Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account or purchase any product from Aurum Peptides. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. Aurum Peptides reserves the right to require age verification and to cancel any order where the purchaser cannot be verified as meeting this requirement.
Right to Refuse Service
Aurum Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict account access to any person or entity at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to suspected misuse, resale for human consumption, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that conflicts with this Research Use Policy or our Terms of Service.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By completing account registration or placing a purchase order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Policy and the Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that you are purchasing these products solely for lawful laboratory or research purposes, and that you are not purchasing them for resale, human consumption, or any use inconsistent with applicable law.
